Morale

Morale influences the player’s power and ability on the field, so if your player has less than 100 morale they will play worse. Morale is affected by the outcome of each Competitive game. Your complete roster receives a morale hit for each loss in Competitive games, cup games included. Conversely, for each win they receive a bonus.
You can also gain morale by using the Psychologist on your medical staff. The higher the level of the Psychologist the more morale your players will gain on a weekly basis.
Morale bonus/hit on League matches: 10%
Morale bonus/hit on Cup matches (except Friendly Cups): 12%

The mentioned morale gains and losses based on the numbers above are changing based on the prediction created by ELO. If a team loses a game which it was supposed to win clearly, the moral loss of the losing team is much higher and the gain of morale for team that was supposed to lose is much higher as well. If ELO predicts less clear wins/losses, the factor is lower, and therefore the gain and loss of morale as well.
