press ALT + PRINT Open the program Paint
press CTRL + V
Save the image
Send it via mail to the address given by support
If using firefox install Fireshot addon to quickly take screenshoots with ease.

If using Google Chrome on the top right corner you will find a option that says “Screen Capture” use it to capture screen images and send them to support. |
