Hi Guys,
Thought I'd open a thread for Season 2. Start off with congratulations to Solana_Steve for thrashing me in CT Bowl I. 
Welcome Back to Season 2 all you other Season 1 failures like me and welcome to all the new guys that will obviously be with us this season whether from the start or from part way through the season. 
Again I see we are the only region with a Full House of contestants all raring to go at each others throats on the field of play. 
ROLL TIDE ROLL !! 
Good luck to all this coming season and please can more than one beat the Jellyfish so I don't have to face them in CT Bowl II.

It's kind of annoying being stuck in a league with teams, whose owners seem to have looked after them well and are all highly ranked. However, that makes it all the sweeter when you win a game.
I think I have some tactical things ironed out from last season now, and looking forward to seeing how I get on against all you guys this season, after a disappointing one. |

Hey,
I am new to the game, I am in a different league, and I was wondering, since you guys seem to have the strongest league, If anyone in your league had any tactical advice (playbook, depth chart, etc..)... Any and all advice would be appreciated!

Mitch You should start by doing a basic playbook and improve it bit by bit. Play friendlies and scrimmages to test it out. Selecting starters for the depth chart shouldn't be too much of a problem, give priority to those that have a high Teamwork, intelligence and physicals and you should be good to go. Buy a few players on the Transfer Market to complement your team. And don't forget to activate the Player's lounge at the Facilities option on Front Office menu, this improves your players Team Chemistry, which is very important. An optimum TC should be 95+ Enjoy the game! |

No idea why, I tought he would still fight for the conference this year but it seems that he will not, unfortunately.

Can't believe it's so quiet. Tonight Montreal Machine vs Catford Wildcats. He's actually a friend of mine so a proper rivalry, have no idea which way this is going to go. We're into the 2nd quarter and it's still 0-0.
