i hope im not making an idiot of myself here but i havnt noticed any trading option, is that ever going to be introduced as it could make things more interesting

Trades are not on the schedule rioght now. Compared to RedZoneAction we have no real economy here in RZC, and therefore you can trade only player vs player. But without any chance to make trades equal by some money on top of the trade, it will become hard.

Possibility on trading draft pics within your league would be sick! I think trades would make this game UNREAL!

Yes, I think that would be the only way to manage trades. Include draft picks in the bargaining.
