I was watching the ticker & noticed several things. If our game had a 2 yard loss so did the other game at the same time. 13 yard gains in both games at the same time. It was almost to the point they seemed interchangeable. The scores & scoring also seemed to mirror each other & didn't change until later in the game. Interesting.  |

Ok Gentlemen the tournament is under way & the Divisional round is at hand. The Wildcard round went as thought but not without a couple of games causing heartburn. The Madness nearly drove my Gold Miners insane by playing an excellent game that wasn't decided until the very end. The Ragin' Bulls (& they were Ragin' this season) took the Mighty White Apes to the end in a nail biting game.
Alaskan Gold Miners vs.Monsters Although my Miners hold a +4 in the Overall I'm expecting another hard fought game. Long Island Islanders vs.Guinness Drinkers United United has a 7.2 Overall advantage & the Drinkers know how to win. I expect this will be a very difficult game for the Islanders to win but thats why the games are played. Paxtang Black Panthers vs.Puna Punatics This game has the greatest mismatch in the Overall with a +10.9.The Black Panthers will have their hands full dealing with one of the top teams in league, the Punatics. White Apes vs.BobBoy Magpies Not sure what to say about the battle of the titans. This is the closest Overall game with the Magpies having a +3.4. The Magpies swept the Apes in their season series & have home field advantage. |

 Conference Championship 
Conference Championship Game is upon us. The final four, Let's hope we have two fun and competitive games. Alaskan Gold Miners vs. BobBoys Magpies The Miners are well aware of the Magpies ability to overpower any opponent. A clean sweep of the Apes is impressive & the Miners have no illusions about the task ahead. The Miners do have a point of pride handing the Magpies their only blemish of their season. I'm sure the Mighty Magpies are licking their chops with visions of a Championship. Guinness Drinkers United vs. Puna Punatics A match between two perennial contenders having played for the Conference Crown 6 times in the last 10 season. The Punatics seem to have a very good chance of advancing this season holding a 7.6 Overall advantage with homefield. Good luck to everyone  |

Season 59 Championship Bowl Game
Guinness Drinkers United vs. BobBoy Magpies The 16-2 Guinness Drinkers United The Drinkers United with their wily manager Pete are a low key perennial powerhouse. Back to back Champ of Champs Cup winner & last seasons Bowl game runner up. We think Uniteds secret is an awesome Offensive line & a very good playbook. In the words of the great Al Davis "just win baby" & the Drinkers do just that. The 17-1 BobBoy Magpies You just can't hold this team down, My Miners know this well. The Mighty Magpies bring a 10.1 Overall advantage into this game combined with home field advantage (Do we get home field advantage in the Championship game ?) tilt the odds in favor of the Magpies. This is of course another titanic battle of the Clash elite & I'll be tuning in to the action.

Who improved & who has fallen back. Is there a team ready to join the Elites or has an Elite fallen back to the pack. What surprises lie ahead in season 60. I can't wait to find out. Good Luck to all the Managers. |

Season 60 Divisional Playoffs
Alaskan Gold Miners @ BobBoys Magpies My Alaskan Gold Miners having slipped past the Madness now have a daunting task. Traveling to BigGav Arena in 'Ucknall taking on BadBoys Magpies. The Magpies are defending 2X league Champions & Champs of Champions, the roughest toughest cyber team in RZC. The Magpies hold a 12.4 Overall advantage, Despite all this The Gold Miners will still take the cyberfield remembering that the last time the Magpies lost an official game (currently riding a 27 game winning streak) was to these Miners. Blue Bunnies @ Guinness Drinkers United Jajans Blue Bunnies have come along way, Winning their division & making their first playoff appearance. It wouldn't be wise to underestimate this team, the Bunnies will bite. However the Blue Bunnies have a mighty hill to climb to defeat the Guinness Drinkers United. Get a group of Drinkers together & you never know what will happen & if the Drinkers are United then the opposing team has a problem. In terms of Overall ratings this is the closest match with only a 1.8 difference leaning towards the Drinkers. Long Island Islanders @ Puna Punatics Both the Islanders & the Punatics have had a frustrating time in the Divisional Playoff round as of late. Both perennial playoff teams haven't cracked the top for many seasons now. I'm certain the Punatics are ready to break this drought & since I've joined RZC I think the Punatics will be in the Championship game every season so maybe this season it will hold true. The Punatics have the largest Overall advantage at 16.3. White Apes @ Barossa Vines The White Apes will face a much tougher opponent this round than the Wildcard round. The Vines are back after a 2 season hiatus from the playoffs & are no slouches & are perfectly capable of overthrowing the Apes. This should be a great close game with The Great White Apes holding a 6.2 advantage in the Overall. Best of luck to the season 60 final 8 teams |
