Hi everyone,
I noticed in my last game on the 16th my team used 2 formations that weren't in my match orders repeatedly (big I and wishbone) particularly in the 4th quarter. Is this something in the play book overriding match orders? I still have the rookie play book on so haven't put anything in there myself. |

Perhaps you have Default settings that include random formations in unspecified situations.

Seems non-random as it is rushing in those two formations. Could be there to try and protect a lead if you're up in the 4th I suppose. Wanted to check if it was a known thing really.
Of course I can't see what's in the rookie playbook without enabling the full playbook that can't be undone. |

just enable the playbook editor. If you do not edit the rules, you will be fine. Advantage: you can see what happens.

Ok, I assumed it was blank and I would have to come up with all the rules

There are initial rules for each team in this basic playbook. Here's a playbook question I'm 99% sure about the answer, but thought I'd better check.
When an Overtime Quarter begins the clock isn't running down but running up. So if a guy wanted to playbook the overtime how does he do the times ? Is time done in reverse order ? I really don't want to get into an overtime game and have the game engine picking my plays, Offense or Defense. |

Usually, OT rules o not contain clock-rules, since they do not make much sense. We play sudden death, and if the OT takes a year, it takes year

Does that leave the door open to an 'Unusual' way use time ? I guess I'm asking that if I create an 'upside down' overtime playbook would the game engine recognize it as such.
