It seems a little strange to me that there's a limitation on staff.
I wonder if this limitation is important for gameplay or it is more of funny gimmick.

I would think that allowing all to have maxed staff would make a small difference in the overall gaming experience.
Where as of now, having to change settings, depending on your needs seems more annoying. For instance if I need a scout report I remove some physios until I'm done scouting, and the changing back to physios again within the hour.

It's a strange procedure - unless of course there is a larger meaning behind these settings that I am currently unaware of???
I think keeping the 19 scout reports a week is fair and the additional scouting for credits is fair too.

Maybe staff could be salary based and be part of the overall team economy???
Maybe 300k for maxed individual staff???

I do agree. It seems pointless having to change staff back and forth. It would seem more reasonable to have a staff cost as you suggest.

If necessary the cost could be £/skill level with a signing bonus. This could be part of our overall financial management (perhaps increase the total allowed to £11,000,000?)

At present the change of staff costs 1 credit. If the intention is to use credits we could also pay credits to hire staff (as we do players) and/or if necessary reduce the amount of free credits we get per game week.

I would agree with this - that it could be part of the overall financial system - increase or not

It was easy to understand, and fits the overall game concept. But no, no deeper meaning on it. As you, as you pointed out, do not switch your staff day by day, there is no need to change this, or did I misunderstand?

I am not switching day by day, but I switch if I need scouting. This could take from 2 min to one hour - and then I switch back to other staff.......so it's an hourly thing
