What is the difference between prefer and mainly in the match settings?
ie prefer pass and mainly pass or prefer rush and mainly rush.
I could not see anything in the rules explaining this.
I presume pass and rush would be a 50/50 split.

ok we are talking about game play?? In orders for game> say I pick 2nd down orders?
Rush/Pass distribution>I pick (prefer rush)
Direction> I pick (left and middle)
Pass formation> (Flexbone)
Rush formation >I have always left this in (random)
due to I do not know which play would be good for pas or rush???????
now this left and middle will that only work in flerxtbone for rushes??
Does the Rb guy run left to QB than to the middle??

You have flexbone for passing situations so that is what only will be used when passing, in rushes you will use whatever formation the engine chooses. Both formations will concentrate on going either left or up the middle. You have 3 avenues to attack. Either left, right or up the middle or any combination of the 3.
A good passing formation will have several receivers for the QB to choose from - the flexbone has 2 WR and 2 slotbacks. The more receivers you have the more the opposition defence has to try and cover them all. A rush formation might have more OL to block more for the RBs to try and get through the line. Again more RBs make the defence think about covering more players.
