Well season 12 is coming to a close, but we still have the playoffs to look forward to! Here is a game by game breakdown of the Wildcard matchups!
Arusha Black Mambas@Paxtang Black Panthers This has the makings of a great game, based on the overall percentages of the two teams, but Paxtang holds a huge lead in the series, 12-2 overall. Not hopeful for a Mamba victory here, but anything could happen, though I still predict that Paxtang takes this one. Berinsfield Hornets@Florida Gators Yet another classic rivalry, as these two teams are division rivals in RZA with quite a heated series. I expect nothing less here, last time these teams met I feel like I underestimated the Hornets, and they may have used a MOTY, but either way, this time around team rating should come into play. Based on that, my team should win, but because of our past games, I expect it will be a close win for the Gators. The Creepers@Southeastern University These teams are also bigtime rivals, with SEU holding a 4-0 lead in the series between these to franchises. The Creepers played hard in their meeting earlier this season, falling 17-28, but this shows that they are improving quickly, and may be able to catch a strong SEU team off guard, as improbable as that may seem. I still pick the home team here, however, because SEU has only lost once at home this season, in a nail-biter against the Arusha Black Mambas. Torchwood Timelords@BobBoy Magpies This is the first ever meeting of these two teams, so I do not have any past stats to give help make a prediction. However, based on team rating, the Magpies should have this one. The Timelords were founded in the later part of this season, therefore their players do not have the experience needed to win this one. I have this one going to the Magpies. So, to wrap it up, I feel that the home teams will emerge victorious from the Wildcard round. Good luck to all!  |

Maybe we'll be more competitive next season. |

I hope it is a good game, but I didn't do MOTY as I wasn't expecting to win our first encounter, I just sorted out the depth chart and playbook. I was surprised I won, but experience will pay in the end and don't think I will win this game. I do look forward to next season and continue our rivalry  |
