Hi there.
I wanted to register a new team and did so. But unfortunately there must have been a SEVERE bug, as my team Green Bay Legends got erased and is now a bot team. PLEASE HELP ME PETE!!!!! I just won the won the bowl yesterday and now my team is gone. 
I signed up with a new name and password and all, there is nothing i seem to have done wrong, i just don't understand it. |

I cannot find any records for expired accounts, not based on the username, and not based on your mail address.
We don't delete teams. We set them inactive, once the manager did not care about his team for a few days/weeks. |

My team is still bot.
I really don't want to lose it. How can this happen?

I cannot reproduce it, nor I have found something suspicious in the logs. One thing is for sure, the team is gone, and cannot come back. I am sorry, but there is no way to get it back.
However, I would like to understand what was happening. I find it quite strange that you was able to create a username that was the same as the already existing manager |

I won the bowl yesterday with 38-37 on the road and my team was on the verge of getting the strongest team around here, closing up on the first teams... i will have to sleep a bit, but i guess that is it with me playing RZC and RZA. Im a just to disappointed atm. Edit: As i wrote in the message, i created an account with a different username... Clay Rodgers. I did nothing wrong, maybe apart from being logged into both accounts at the same time while creating the new account and picking a league and division. I didn't see that coming at all and i didn't fear anything like that could ever happen. Has anyone ever played Hardcore mode on Diablo 2? Well, u know whats coming if you die. now lets keep the discussion on this one place.
By openening the second account in the technically same browser-window (tabs are all the same windows!), the server cannot make the difference, and changed the wrong session. Therefore, your old team is gone. I cannot bring it back, and I am really sorry for this. I understand you being disappointed, but cannot do anything to solve the situation. You should have done the second account in a separate browser, or at least in the "private window", since private mode and normal mode don't exchange session data. |

I was adding this one to the register page
Important notice - only if you are going to create another account on top of your already existing one: If you have an account already, be sure not to open a new account in the same browser you are using to play RedZoneClash.org with the other account. Doing so might cause trouble, and it might create strange behavior up to deleting your other team. We recommend you to use a different browser. I know it won't solve the existing trouble, but might avoid the same trouble for the future. If you decide to leave both games: thanks for playing, sorry for this trouble - even I don't feel guilty. Btw, since the team was not forced bot, but only the dependencies were overwritten, I was able to restore your team and players. Maybe playbook or tactics is missing, but not the core of your team...so if you read, and if you like, just go ahead

I know there is nothing for you to feel guilty about... you provide this all for us players, put a lot of work and spare time into it and no code can be perfect enough so that users like me don't find ways to do some rubbish like nearly erasing their own team. Sorry for my reaction, i was just toooo frustrated and regret it now. |
