I have at least one player on the roster who has not only reached his caps for all physical skills, but for all non-physical skills relevant to his position as well. I also have a few that are close to doing the same. What should I do as far as training these players? It is obvious that they get no further benefit from training, unless their PC is below 100%, so I just hope there is something I can do besides just risking getting him injured unnecessarily.

I have a few guys like that. One of em's a WR that's maxed out on everything so I'm just training his carrying. And a CB I have that's maxed on everything I'm training catching and carrying, hoping that will make him get more interceptions

Those make sense. But I have a D-Lineman that is maxed out on everything. It wouldn't make sense to train him on carrying or catching because D-Linemen don't make INTs in this game. I'm training him on positioning for now because that's the only skill left that I think would be remotely useful for him.

Yeh.. I guess just always have em at like 30-50% physical conditioning so he always hovers at maximum.
I wish we could trade players but pete is a big meany head.
One time he scolded me so harshly I busted out crying, and all I had done was ask for some bread and water after 2 days of having nothing to eat and drink.
He threatened me with the belt and said if I didn't stop crying he would lock me in my cell for another 2 days, so I choked my tears down and gave him an Emperor's Bow in ultimate respect. As my head was bowed and my neck exposed, he took the opportunity to smack it as hard as he could with the belt.
My neck is still raw and missing skin, but I must be obedient or he will do worse.

But anyway yah, im sure lots of other managers are in the same boat as far as having players with maxed out non-physicals in RZC...
