Maybe a little silly to put up a thread like this, but since we’re already turning to S86 soon I thought opening 2 threads in short time would be even more silly
I just wanted to drop that I very much enjoyed watching the game against the White Apes unfold re-live today. Even more so since I never would have thought the outcome would even be close to possible. Yet here we are. Makes me think of the wise words a fellow manager once wrote in this forum: manager wrote:

The Postseason 85 is a wild ride for the Devil Dolphins. Now we will even play in the first Bowl Game in Franchise history. What?
I was tempted to write something cheesy about than, since it is also the end of an era kind of thing (our Head Coach will retire after the game). But I won't, because I have decided to approach the game different. It's going on for some time now, and my main focus has been to put up a team to match the strength of the greats in this league. Putting emotions aside helped tremendously to see the differences between my failures and the success of all the others. That the team just now happens to be more successful than ever is surprising, though, since the real push for greatness is scheduled to happen next season. But maybe the Head Coach retiring has some miraculous impact on the game. We’ll probably never know. But it’s very much something to look forward to. |

 Welcome to Season 86 in the Broncos League

I’m very excited about the season. I already had to let go of more players than ever after the roll-over and probably never had so few players on the roster. But those who are still there can be trained to greatness in the coming weeks, I think. Let’s see if we can replicate our success from last season.
