Welcome to Season 79…
… which is almost over again soon. The Devil Dolphins just lost big to the BobBoy Magpies and will on the second to last game day lose the first place in their division again to the Ice Machine. Why should it have come any different. You have not read anything about my squad this season, because me reading that there are users that do not like me writing „a load of boring rubbish all the time“ did and still does hurt. It’s not that I need appreciation, but getting that kind of feedback kills the joy for me significantly, especially since we are a small group of users, thus making the percentage of users not liking what I do higher. Now losing again that way, not being able to avoid such a beating of 52 points scored against us, does feel like we’re still not much better than 5 seasons ago… despite having tried more than a few things to correct that. Having a bad feeling about writing ANYTHING in this forum now adds to the fact that it does not make any sense for me to keep playing here. Sorry to bother you with these thoughts, but I did not want to go quietly. I guess I will try one last time next season, since I do think that the players I have somehow „deserve“ that chance… but after that I’m not so sure.  |

Hello Marti & son, you should let what that guy said go, doesn't mean anything. He obviously doesn't have much to say, I took to mean it was more about him than you.
I certainly would not enjoy watching Devil Dolphins fold up shop. RZC is where the top tier competition is. Life is hard for most of us in RZC. How about the NC South ... My Ox play the Apes for the Division title & PP plays Guinness in a early playoff game. Good fun !

I totally agree. This game can be fun, frustrating , stressful and sometimes even surprising. For awhile there I thought I'd never win a bowl then I thought I would never lose one. Keeping working on making you're team better and one day they'll surprise you.  |
