From the Manual: - The amount of all payed weekly wages to your players cannot exceed 10,500,000 $
Why did I think it was only 10,000,000 $ ??? 
Has the salary cap been increased in the last 5 seasons at all?

you can still pay in non-money things over the salary cup. Its football players. They love shiny things they can stick between their teeth or hang from earlobes, dreadlocks or noses.
Especially english players love cream tees. And those not eaten or digested can still be used as armor piercing warheads. |
