The manual says

"There is a Homefield advantage added to all games except Friendlies, Friendly Cup games, Relegation games and regular Bowls like the Super Bowl."

This means, there is Homefield Advantage in the group stage of the CoC, only the final game, the bowl, is neutral.

Should this change?

It would be

"There is a Homefield advantage added to all games of your league, including the Playoffs. The relegation and Super Bowl games are not affected by this. Regular Friendly games (not Friendly Cup) are affected as well by having homefield advantage active. In other words, Friendly Cups,League relegation, League Bowl, and CoC games are NOT affected by homefield advantage"

As far as i can see, there hasn't been a change to this in the CoC?

It feels to me like that, looking at the manual and at my own game today.

I would suppose to change that and remove it on the whole in the CoC, or if not, at least give the homefield advantage to the bowl winning teams in the first round. It seems unfair to just give that advantage randomly (at least in the first round). With that idea i am thinking of a mode like in the UEFA Champions League for the 1/8 - Final after the group stage = Winners get homefield advantage, runners up will be drawn, but you can't face the team from your own group in the first round. Quarterfinals and Semifinals will then be randomly drawn again.

I will have to change that at the end of the season, hopefully I have the time to do so at that day...
