The group stage has ended!!! Despite the rules clearly stating not to let Guiness Drinkers United win, they have won their division without a single loss! Awesome. Cargese Dolphins also managed to get out of the group stage without a loss!
Also advancing are the Stockholm Royals who somehow got through despite a losing record and my own team (Chichester Chimera) apparently didn't suck as bad as I expected. So! The last 4 teams are set! Guinness Drinkers United vs Chichester Chimera Stockholm Royals vs Cargese Dolphins Let the play-offs begin!!

Major upsets this week!!! Both of the undefeated teams fall in the semi-finals of the cup!
The game was neck and neck all match between the Guiness Drinkers and Chichester but late in the 4th Quarter a touchdown by Djamil Ahmad gives the Chimera a Bowl slot! At least the cup's creator was able to follow his own rules! in the other game, the Stockholm Royals pulled off to a huge 27 - 3 lead by halftime against the Cargese Dolphins. However, despite 14 unanswered points, the Dolphins were never able to take the lead. The Royals hold on to win! Last match is Chichester Chimera vs Stockholm Royals! |
