I've noticed an option to create unique player in the roster page.
I know I can give him 130 skill points and a chosen name. But nothing else!

When the limit for pushing skill is at 40, then such a player may only have 40 strength or 40 speed at the start. And what if such a physical is capped at 40? Then it would mean I can buy better or similar quality player for 2 credits, while creating own costs 10...
Does anyone use it and is satisfied?

Additionally there is no a single word about his experience, teamwork and the age of the player? Is it known what can be age of that one? 19-23 like for draft?
Don't know how it is in english, in Poland we say that we buy "cat in the bag" for buying something which qualities are partly unpredictable and unknown.

Ive wondered this too, however I just started playing RZC so I can't answer. I'll be waiting to see what others tell you though, because its a good question.

Creating players is pretty much useless. You can easily find better and cheaper players on the transfer market.

Good to know. So as an add on question, should I, as a newer manager, be on the lookout for 3 credit players to buy, so that eventually Ill have a team made up almost 100% 4* rating players?

Yep. Pretty much just look for guys with as high physicals, tw, int, and exp as possible and buy as many as you find. So an ideal guy might look like 19 yr 50 str 50 spe 50 int 50 tw and 3 *exp. Don't worry about non-physicals as they can easily be trained up.

If you check out this thread it should explain most of this. I believe all players are 19 yr, can cap at 40 and have varying experience. As you can see in the other thread the player had 3.5* exp but I'm not sure if that's a standard or if it varies. He also may have started at 3* and quickly rounded up to 3.5* because players are usually not created with 3.5*.

OK. Thanks. I've moreless completed roster now,
I've also noticed that there is an option to boost training. So I should propably train all guys to 90s in PC, collecting few more players on TL(I'm mostly buying for 1 CR for some time as they're usually on same level as those for 2 CR). Afterwards I would boost training each 2 periods, not create players.
