Increase the XP Gain for every player. Players with low XP in the beginning can not catch up during their career.
Got on this when I wanted to prepare my next Gen QB- He played every bot game the last 2 seasons (and we have a lot of bots in the Crimson Tide since our beloved Multi-Owner left) and has yet to get a half * of EXP It seems as if RZA and RZC have the same Experience System. But RZA has 15 SC games a season and 1 Friendly per 2 regular seaon games instead of 1 per 3. Suggestion: Double the XP gain per game |

The seasons in both RZA and RZC are quite comparable in terms of Experience. Doubling it is really out of focus. Seems way to high IMO
