Implement HR Department into RZC!!! I think with the Salary Cap in RZC, having an HR Department will make the game feel very much like managing a real NFL team since you'll have to make big decisions on who to resign every season. It'll make the game feel a bit more complete and also add another level of skill into the game.
With that said, i've never actually used the HR department in RZA... one of the reasons I joined RZC in the first place was to test out the HR department and see if I liked it before switching over to it in RZA.... then I realized that the HR Department doesn't exist here.  |

RZC is trying to avoid task that are time-consuming. HR DEP is a major time consumer...

Yes, and that is one of the great things about RZC, but HR Department is 100% optional and is disabled by default. If you a player (like me) who enjoys spending the extra time, I don't see why it shouldn't be an option.

There is no way back from the HR, once you enabled it. This means the game expects some manager decision from you. I simply dislike to have such decisions in this game here. I am sorry, but the HR won't find it's way into RZC. It doesn't match "casual playing"
