Hi.
I have just started playing RZC last week while playing RZA for a year now. Pete, do you plan to establish an Elite League here as well as on RZA? Could be quite nice i guess. I am rather asking then suggesting, but still thought this could be the right spot to post this. |

It already exists. Make a new team and join Crimson Tide!
The lack of competition in RZC is frustrating. I get into the play-offs by just signing into the site once a week. I can count on one hand the amount of competitive teams there are in my league. An Elite league would help remedy this. On the flip side... if there was an elite league there would be pretty much no competition at all in RZC apart from Crimson Tide and the Elite League. I think it is quite too early for an Elite League in RZC...we need some more managers (around 200), before it makes any sense

Having an achievable goal and competition I think is the best way to gain more managers and more activity. Right now we're losing managers in each of the divisions (in ours, we just lost the raiders, lightning, fappers, etc) because there isn't anything holding players into the game. Need more competition and I think an elite league would do that. New players would see that getting into the elite league is the goal and will stay to win their league and promote.

In RZA there is progression. You start at Div3 and work your way up to Div1 - and in most leagues - that is no easy task. Furthermore, there is the elite league which makes competition even harder. In RZC you start in Div1 and just by being a living human you advance to the play-offs. No progression. No Challenge. Nothing to obtain by staying with the game. Plenty of teams sign-up for RZC. There isn't an issue with that. I see teams coming and going in our division fairly regularly. They just aren't STAYING with the game. which is why progression is needed and the elite league provides that. |

Hm, I disagree - for the moment.
If we add a top league, 32 teams will leave the regular leagues - so for the level of staying teams it means we have 4 teams less per league. Sorry again, but this change won't happen soon, at least not as long as bot slots are much more than human spots |

p.s. - I also agree about Crimson Tide being the most competitive league ... you'd have to be an awesome team to ever win the Crimson Tide league. |
