There was a discussion ongoing about the Salary Cap. Right now it takes 4 training updates after exceeding the Cap, until the teams face the penalty, and then on each training one player gets fired...we would like to change it a little bit.

Morale: We would like to lower the whole teams Morale too. On each training the Morale drops for each player by 30%, until the player is below 30%. This would cause a nice penalty on gamedays.

Fire more than one player at a training:
If the Salary Cap is exceeded by a maximum of 1,000,000, it stays as it is, we fire one player, the last that was joining the team.
If the Cap is exceeded by a maximum of 2,500,000, we kick 2 players, the two last joining the team
if the Cap is exceeded by more than 5,000,000 we kick 5 players at training time.


If you like both changes, use Option 1 in the poll

If you like the changed Player fire mode, use Option 2

If you like the Morale Drop, but would like to stick with the current rule on training updates (only 1 player gets kicked per training) use Option 3

Else use Option 4 - or if you have no own opinion use 5

Attention: we changed the penalty system. This will be active from the training on 5th of February 2014.

Of the 9 teams over the current cap it appears that only 2 possibly 3 players currently have team morale below 100% (lowest 85%)

Yeah, since it was warnlevel 2 only for today, you wont see anything...wait for sunday
