So how does it work ?? , because I don't understand the english used in the manual (seriously !).

Imagine this scenario ...........

A team has Salaries of $23.2 Million ( can't think where I invented that figure from )
The Team has had several 'warnings' and is now at 'Warning Level 4' ....... what happens next ? , is one player cut (per training update), or are 5/10/15 players cut (per training update) to ensure the Team is immediately below $10.5 Million salary cap ??

I strongly disagree with this..... it's barely even a punishment at all.
If a team is way over the salary cap then they've (a) got a big advantage over other teams (b) had plenty of warnings (if they're already at warning level 4).

IMO, once Level 4 is reached, the team should have multiple players cut immediately to bring them just below $10.5 million (or whatever the cap level is).

If you just cut one player per training update, it's quite possible for a $23 Million team to still be above the cap at season end.

from Wikipedia

"The NFL's cap is a hard cap that the teams have to stay under at all times, and the salary floor is also a hard floor; penalties for violating or circumventing the cap and floor regulations include fines of up to $5 million for each violation, cancellation of contracts and/or loss of draft picks."

I think RZC should have a similar no-nonsense type policy

OK, here is my idea (well, one of my ideas, I've got plenty more ) :-

(Dates based upon this current season)

Season Rollover :- Sun 12 Jan @ 03:00
First Training :- Sun 12 Jan @ 04:00

if a Team is over the Cap at First training, the Manager gets a warning that they must be under the cap by the last training session before the first League match or their players will be randomly cut (multiple players) until the cap limit is achieved again.

Fri 17 Jan @ 04:00 .... if the team is still above the cap, multiple players are immediately cut until the team is under the cap.

This would mean that no teams would be over the Cap when the first League game starts.

It doesn't fix the problem ...... the problem is that it's fundamentally unfair for a team under the cap to have to compete with a team over the cap.

Therefore any punishments/sanctions/solutions need to be quick-acting in order to force the guilty team to be under the Cap ASAP.

We disagree here...We can punish these teams, no problem with it, since this is what the Cap means. But after all this is an online game, and people shouldnt be forced to login on a daily base. Therefore cutting more than one player at one training is out of focus.

Why not being a bit more creative? How about an overall punch with the teams Morale as example? This would be reasonable, since the team won't be lucky with the "Authority's" visit. Let's say we punish these teams with a lowering of 25%-50% on morale...would be much better in my opinion.

It's actually not a bad idea (for you ) ..... but you need to consider carefully the level of the Morale hit .... bear in mind that if a team did a boosted training session with Players Lounge active, they could quickly regain a large amount of lost Morale in a very short timeframe.
