The Bowl game is underway, and we're watching closely if the Magpies can repeat their triumph from last season or if the Creators team can win their first championship since season 62. Going into the half they are tied, with the Guinness Consumers having missed a FG from 29 Yards out nearing the end of Q2.
For the Devil Dolphins the end of the season means wishing farewell to a whole lot of players that contributed in a great way over the last seasons, as QB Richard Sinapati, OLs Moe Taumua and Sentwali Bagina, DL Rafael Domínguez and CB Guillermo León all will retire. They all joined the team in the early stages of our tenure in the Broncos league and helped tremendously to take us where we are now. We're expecting some more retirements in the coming season, as even the first few draftees from our early drafts became old enough to think about that. Now it's up to coaching to get the second string players ready to play if we want to stay competitive over the next few seasons. The Magpies have just scored another TD, but the Consumers are driving and it looks like it will come down to the wire in this exciting one  |
