Staff

There are 2 categories of staff available in this game, doctors and consultants.

Doctors are specialized into two groups, mental and physical. The player’s morale is mental for example, while a real injury of a player is physical. The Physiotherapist helps to lower the injury rate and he helps injured players heal faster. The Psychologist helps to gain morale.

The consultants are available as Scout. The Scouting Department has several job functions. On the draft they help you to sort out the available players. The quantity of Scout report from players of other clubs or free agents is also higher. The quality of the reports rises too with higher scout levels. If a player is near hitting the cap for speed, strength or agility the level of the scouts determines how early the club owner gets a warning sign inside the player details. On scout reports of players you don't own there is an unsharpness, described in Scout report. The quality of player details in the Transfer market is affected by he Scout-level too.

You can buy additional Scout-reports by spending a few Credits. Just use the function on the Staff-page!
